THE VIOLONCELLO FOUNDATION LISTENERS‘ CHOICE AWARD NOMINATION

The internationally acclaimed Smetana Trio has been nominated for The Violoncello Foundation Listeners‘ Choice Award in New York for their album featuring Ludwig van Beethoven’s Piano Trios, which was released to mark the 250th anniversary of the composer’s birth by Supraphon in September 2020. The recording has already received a wonderful review together with the Chamber Choice in BBC Music Magazine and now it has a chance to succeed again. Listeners are allowed to choose from 5 nominees of The Violoncello Foundation 9th Annual Listeners‘ Choice Award by submitting the form on the foundation’s web­site. The voting is open until March 15, 2021 on the link below.
